How Do I Place An Order?

We want you to feel as secure buying through Refurbexperts as possible, therefore we offer a few different ways to place an order. When you place an order through our website you will find it safe, easy, and fast. You can make changes and review what you have entered nearly every step of the way. Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, and Money Orders - Please call us at (877) 389-9763 for more information.

Be sure to include a daytime phone number and email address (if you have one) so that we, along with the shipping company, can contact you with any questions we might have.

Please note: To protect against fraud, any orders paid for with a personal check, money order, or cashiers check will remain on hold for a number of days to allow for the check to clear. Orders placed with credit cards will be processed immediately.

Purchase Orders and Net Terms - We will happily accept purchase orders pending a credit review by our finance and accounting staff. Purchase orders must be signed, bona fide documents that specify both a shipping and billing address; the preferred shipping method; and all relevant costs, including product prices, shipping and handling, and taxes (if applicable). Requisitions, letters, faxes, or memoranda referencing a purchase order number will not be accepted. • The minimum purchase order amount we accept is $100.
• Payment terms are Net 30.
• We cannot accept purchase order numbers over the phone.
• We cannot accept international purchase orders.
• We cannot process an order until we have received a signed purchase order.

Order Confirmation

After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will say " Refurbexperts Order Confirmation " and will contain your order number. This email is your receipt - so don't delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes. If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, you may easily and conveniently print a receipt for the order via My Account.

If a change in price occurs before the order is processed, the new price (higher or lower) will prevail. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax on all orders shipped to New York residencies. Qualified resellers that are tax exempt should call (877) 389-9763 with their number. All customers outside the state of New Jersey are accepting responsibility to pay their own sales tax or use tax to their state, city or local municipality on any purchase from Refurbexperts.com.
